寒假再一次捧起起魏书生《班主任工作漫谈》,这一次又有新的体会。

体会一:最喜欢的一句话“许多事情是没办法选取的,但你能够选取态度”。

做班主任不能选取学生,什么学生进来,你都得理解,但只要我们尽心尽力,问心无愧,用心应对学生的实际状况,总有一天,学生会提高,会进步的。书中“尊人者,人尊之”,“能受委屈的人才是强者”,“每一天点燃一盏思想的明灯”……这些资料也给了我很多启示,教书先育人,育人先做人,他的教改,他的思想,他的班级管理,他的一切,都是真真切切地从学生怎样做人开始的,教会了学生怎样做人,很多问题也就迎刃而解了。

体会二:爱的教育如何实施。

书中魏书生老师说“以德治教”,身教重于言教是教师务必时刻牢记在心,实践在身的。当学生犯错误后,他不是责骂、体罚,而是写说明书,写心理病历。魏老师在书中也谈道:“光强*师要爱学生是不全面的,还应具体研究怎样去爱,想爱还要会爱。如果不会爱,原先想爱,之后也变得不爱了。”作为教师的我也跟所有的老师一样一向热爱自己的学生,但对于如何去爱却未做过深入研究,并且很多时候学生一犯错,就大声斥责、批评,没真正试过如何走进他们的世界,心平气和地用道理去说服他们,没有冷静下来想想,如何爱才得法,才有到达教育的目的。

体会三:教师务必做到以身作则,为人师表。

2016年度开展谈话提醒工作总结

为贯彻落实全面从严治党要求,把纪律和规矩挺在前面,更好地落实监督执纪“四种形态”,切实落实我局党风廉政建设主体责任,根据市纪委《……市开展谈话提醒构建抓早抓小工作机制实施意见》(……党廉发„2016‟×号),结合我局工作实际,认真组织开展谈话提醒工作,现将情况报告如下:

一、指导思想

为贯彻落实全面从严治党要求,将纪律和规矩挺在前面,根据《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》和中央纪委关于综合运用监督执行“四种形态”的指示精神,以及《中共广东省委关于加强纪律建设推行全面从严治党的意见》,始终把落实党委主体责任作为重要战略举措,以落实责任为基本前提,以健全制度为根本保障,以责任追究为有力抓手,不断推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作深入开展,为实现我市气象事业科学发展提供强有力的政治和纪律保证。

二、统一思想,提高认识

一是成立了以主要领导为组长、分管领导和纪检组长为副组长、各股室负责人为成员的谈话提醒构建抓早抓小工作领导小组,明确了责任和分工,并对如何组织好提醒谈话工作,提出了严格的要求。迅速形成了主要负责人亲自抓,分管领导具体抓,党员干部全员抓的浓厚氛围。二是组织召开了全体干部职工会议,认真学习了相关文件精神,进一步统一思想,提高认识,切实增强开展提醒谈话的紧迫感和责任感。

三、活化方式,确保务实有效。

采取灵活务实的方式,把提醒谈话贯穿全年工作,特别是换届选举、干部任免、职级晋升等全过程。集体谈与个别谈相结合。通过专题工作会议、谈心谈话会、座谈会等方式集中宣讲纪律要求,统一思想;通过面对面个别交流,化解思想疙瘩。走下去谈与请上来谈相结合。领导干部变被动为主动,亲自下到基层普遍谈;对有思想情绪的干部及有苗头性问题的干部,约请上来进行思想疏导。

四、深化内容,确保细致准确。

根据不同对象、不同主体、不同问题,科学设计谈话内容,确保有的放矢。一是谈纪律。向谈话对象宣讲组织纪律、生活纪律、工作纪律、群众纪律等为主要内容的纪律要求,开展警示教育。二是谈想法。征求干部对今后工作的想法、在进退留转方面有什么要求,准确把握干部的思想动态和个人诉求,稳定干部思想,为人事调整安排打好基础。三是谈建议。广泛征求干部对全局工作的合理化建议,为制订切实可行的年度工作计划提供了有力保障。四是谈问责。提醒党员干部正确行使民主权利,自觉抵制违反纪律的行为,对有问题苗头的干部重点提醒,使他们深刻认识到违纪的严重后果,从而自觉维护大局。

2016年共开展了×人次谈话提醒,主要是班子成员与分管联系的部门干部。

五、存在问题和下一步工作计划

为使谈话提醒工作取得实实在在的成效,应做好以下几方面工作:一是对谈话提醒中涉及的问题及意见建议,应适时召开专题会议,进行研究。二是在谈话过程中对收集到的问题,力所能及的就尽快解决,不能马上解决的,进行耐心说明和解释,并报上级主管部门给予支持。三是建立健全制度,使开展谈话提醒制度化、经常化,提升干部队伍素质。下一步,我们将继续深入持久地开展好谈话提醒工作,局党政主要负责人对局党组班子成员开展约谈;班子成员对分管部门负责人开展约谈;局纪检组长对党组织主要负责人开展约谈,对全局党员干部开展约谈,并将谈话提醒工作常态化,充分听取广大干部群众的意见和建议。通过谈话,查问题找原因,及时整改,确保谈话提醒工作发挥实效。
