兴趣是最好的老师，同时也是一种 重要的精神力量，这对小学生来说至关重要。小学生本身对事物充满好奇心，对书本文字的兴趣较低，而且作文更是直接面对文字，如果没有兴趣作为基础，学生很难对作文产生兴趣，甚至看到文字会直接产生一种逆反。所以，语文教师可以采用先听、先看、后写的方法，让 学生对文章产生兴趣，进而对写作产生 兴趣。为此，教师可以先给学生讲一些 生动的故事作为引导，激发学生的兴 趣，学生对故事产生兴趣，就会对写作 产生兴趣，进而可以帮助学生的作文变 得更加生动、形象、富有逻辑性。
2. 尊重学生的课堂主体性
根据教育学原理，在教学过程中，教 师发挥主导作用，学生处于主体地位。 从小学作文教学的角度来看，小学生是 小学作文教学活动的主体，尊重小学生 的主体地位，明确其主体地位，才能激 发小学生的写作动机和写作情感，有效 提高小学作文教学效率。这可以从以下 几个方面进行落实。第一，构建民主、 和谐、平等的师生关系，语文教师充分 发挥其课堂主导作用，发扬民主教学， 调动学生学习的主动性，注重作文的交 际化，培养小学生树立起读者意识，在 交际中练习写作。第二，转变小学生的 学习方式，语文教师在构建作文教学策 略时，可以提倡选择性学习，如作文题 目的自拟，提倡参与性学习，如成立作 文评改小组，提倡自主性学习，如让学 生掌握整个写作过程。
3. 提升教师的素质
尽可能多地派教师进修培训，加强 不同学校教师之间写作教学的交流，更 要了解当前语文作文教学领域的最新动 向。同时，教师在评价学生的作文时尽 可能针对学生作文的实际情况进行个性 化的、真情实感的评价。
