(1)你是一个怎样的人。在面试时你必须简洁明快地在两分钟之内将你的履历、受过的教育、工作能力及技能特长做一个介绍。然后,用自己工作中的成绩证明你是个精干、稳重、积极进取的人。要给人留下练达而诚恳的第一印象。

(2)为什么你要从事这个工作。此时,你切不可犹豫,而应当机立断,不妨坦率地告诉对方:我从事这份工作对贵单位来说很有必要。此问题主要是考查你的判断能力以及你说话时的态度,更主要的是窥探你的求职动机。拖泥带水或故意做作的答对只能使你处于不利的位置。

(3)你能为我们做些什么。这个问题主要考查你是否对招聘单位有足够的认识,看你是否真有潜力,沟通交往能力如何。如果你事前对该企业的一些相关的资料及具体的统计数字有所了解就不难回答了。假如你的回答客观而全面,又具有针对性,那么你就会得到招聘者的关注。

(4)你有什么长处。对于回答这个问题,要有所谨慎,但也不可失去这个展现自我的机会。你可以谈自己的兴趣、热诚、做事果断、意志坚强等。面试是有时间限定的,要将自身主要的特长展示给招聘者,并深深地打动招聘者的心。

(5)你有什么弱点。这个问题无疑是有意向你身上泼冷水,这是考官在测试你的'自控能力。你最不能说的是“我记不起曾经失败过”。这种回答只能表明你是一个不敢面对现实的人,或被人以为你过于圆滑、缺乏坦诚。最好的办法是把你的弱点用“优点”表现出来。

(6)哪种类型的领导你最喜欢一千万记住绝不能踏入对领导评头论足的禁区。因为让人讨厌的领导每个单位都有,也许,他就坐在你对面。如此直言回答只能自讨苦吃。你可以选择一位著名的领导人物作为崇拜的偶像,也可以机敏地将话题引开:“我喜欢能干、有魄力、有领导才能、给我机会尝试、肯及时指导批评我的领导。”

(7)有何值得骄傲的成绩。面对这样的提问,你若哑口无言就表明你是一个水平一般的人,你最好举几个成功的事例,然后对招聘者说:“这些无论足否算是成绩,但都不值得骄傲。”这样招聘者会认为你坦白又不乏谦虚。

(8)你要求的薪酬是多少。如果你认为这是一个必须直面的问题,你最好是充满信心地抬高自己的身价;但也不能过分地抬高,这个度就靠你去把握了。

(9)你有其他问题需要提出吗。聪明的回答往往能给人留下深刻的印象,回答“没有”是不可取的。机智是平时生活的积累,不是任何时候都能脱口而出的。你不妨简略地询问一下本单位的业务范围以及领导希望你完成的任务。

那么如何才能在线上面试中拥有较好的交流感呢?
