竞选演讲的目的是为了展示自己、推销自己,让昕众了解自己,从而获得支持、赢得选票。竞选演讲稿主要具有以下特点:一是客观性。竞选演讲实际上就是展示自己的优点,说服群众、评委投自己的票,是"毛遂自荐"但"展示"必须真实客观、实事求是。这是竞选演讲稿的首要特征。二是竞争性。这是竞选这一特定的活动方式所决定的。三是推销性。竞选演讲是竞选者展示自我,推销自我,是说服他人投自己一票,使自己在竞选中胜出。

竞选演讲稿一般由标题、称呼和正文三部分构成。

1、标题。竞选演讲稿的标题常见的方式有两种:

一是单标题。即:事由+文种。就是直接说明竞选的职位,并注明文种。

二是双标题。由正、副标题组成。正标题在上,概述演讲的中心内容,副标题在下,用破折号连接,标明事由和文种。

2、称呼。怎样称呼,要视听众而定。一般用泛称,如"各位领导飞"同志们"等。称呼语要顶格书写,排列有序。

3、正文。竞选演讲稿的正文主要由开头、主体和结尾三部分构成。

(1)开头。竞选演讲一般时间都不会太长,因此,精彩而有力的开头便显得非常重要,应该能够吸引人注意,能够立即抓住昕众的注意力。常见的开头有以下三种:

①真诚感谢法。即用诚挚的语言表达自己的谢意。

②简要介绍法。就是在演讲的开头简要介绍自己的有关情况。虽说是简要介绍,也有介绍艺术的问题。竞选演讲实践中,有的演讲者自我介绍就像填履历表。这种介绍是很难调动昕众的情绪的。相反,如果演讲者能将自我介绍寄托在简洁明快而又富有意味的语言载体上,效果就大不一样了

③表达心情法。就是将参加竞选时的心情表述出来。

(2)主体

竞选演讲的主体内容应包括以下几方面:

①展示优势。这一部分实际上是要说明为什么要竞争、凭什么竞争的问题。众所周知,竞选演讲的目的,就是要使听众对演讲者有充分的了解和认识,从而鉴别其能否胜任该职位。如果他们认为你的自身素质能够胜任,就会毫不犹豫地给你投上一票。反之,便会票上无名、因此,演讲者在介绍自己的情况时,一定要有针对性,即针对竞选的,岗位来介绍自己的学历、经历、政治素质、业务能力、在介绍中要尽可能地展示自己的长处。如已有的政绩、较高的学历、很强的事业心、深厚的理论功底、丰富的实践经验、表里如一的品质、吃苦耐劳的精神等。当然,这些长处并非要面面俱到,而应根据竞选职务的职能情况有所取舍。也就是说,要详细说明与竞选职务有关的工作经历、经验、实绩,而与之关系不大的可少谈或不谈。

②简要介绍自身的不足之处。对自身的弱势,应艺术地表述出来,即将不利变为有利。抑中有扬,贬是假,褒是真。对缺点介绍要注意分寸,如果对自己的缺点毛病介绍得过多过细,无形中就会损害自己在群众和评委心目中的形象。

③表明自己任职后的打算。竞选者本身所具有良好的基本条件是其竞选成功的前提,但仅有这点还不够,昕众更关心的还是竞选者任职后的打算。因此,竞选者在竞选演讲时,一定要用简明扼要的语言亮明自己的观点。要紧紧围绕听众关心的热点、难点问题,提出明确的工作目标和切实可行的措施,这样才能获得昕众的信任和支持。

(3)结尾

演讲稿的结尾常见的有以下两种方法:

①希望式。就是在结尾处表明,希望得到昕众的支持、帮助。

②表态式。就是在结尾表明自己的态度,即自己如果当选将怎样履行职责。

The other was lifelike, full of details and imagination. What this shows is that these are ideas, emotions and feelings that are locked internally in these children.

My ideal is to be the key, spreading the beauty of the spoken words to these children. These children have been neglected, but I feel that I can and should help these children to find themselves and be able to express themselves.

I realize that this is a difficult task, and there are many obstacles on the way. But I believe in my ideals and I will stick to themeven in the face of adversity. At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5,000 words on only one day. Gradually, they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

I also realize that only those who bring happiness for others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. I once went to a barren mountain village with my classmates. We taught the kids there who could not afford school. 1、开头

1)开门见山,揭示主题

2)说明情况,介绍背景。

比如xxx《在马克思墓前的讲话》的开头:三月十四日两点三刻,当代最伟大的思想家停止了思想,......——但已经永远的睡着了。

这个开头对事情发生的时间地点人物作出了必要的说明,为进一步向听众揭示论题做准备。运用这种方法开头,一定要从演讲的的中心论点出发,不能信口开河,离题万里,更要防止套话、空话,败坏听者的胃口。

3)提出问题,引起关注。

写演讲稿的开头,可根据听众的特点和演讲的内容,提出一些激发听众思考的问题,以引起听众的兴趣。这种问题应该新颖、独特,确实能促使听众去思考。

2、主体

演讲稿在开头后要迅速转入主体,这是演讲的正文和核心部分,也是演讲稿的高潮所在,能否写好,直接关系到演讲的质量和效果,内容的安排,应注意以下几个问题。

1)确定结构形式。演讲稿的形式比较活泼,或旁证博引、剖析事理,或引经据典、挥洒自如,或层层深入、或就事论事。结构形式不管怎么样变化,都要求内容突出、问题说透、推理严密、层次清晰、情理交融。

2)认真组织好材料。演讲稿的理论依据和事实论据的组织安排要适当。首先必须保证例证的真实性、典型性。演讲稿不能太长,一般30分钟左右。内容要求言简意赅、起到画龙点睛的作用。

3)构筑演讲高潮

一个成功的演讲,不可能没有高潮。要体现三个特点:一思想深刻、态度明确,最集中体现演讲者的思想观点。二是感情强烈,演讲者的爱恶、喜怒在这里得到尽情宣泄。三是语句精炼。

如何构筑演讲高潮呢?

首先要注重思想感情的升华。必须在对某个问题有较为深刻全面的分析、论证,演讲者的思想倾向要逐渐明朗,听众也能逐渐领会演讲者的思想观点,并有可能在与演讲者的思想感情产生共鸣,从而构筑高潮。其次要注意语言的锤炼,使用排比反问等句式增加气势、也可借助名言警句把思想揭示得更深刻。

3、结尾

结尾时演讲内容的自然结尾,是演讲稿的有机组成部分。结尾给听众的印象,往往将代表整个演讲给听众的印象。言简意赅、余音绕梁、能够使听众精神振奋,并促使听众不断思考和回味。

写结尾时常犯的毛病就是要么草草收兵、要么画蛇添足,要么就是套用陈词滥调,更有些人在本来已经讲完后,又唠叨几句我讲的不好、请大家批评指正之类的话,势必让人反感。

演讲稿的结尾没有固定的格式,或对整个演讲全文要点进行简单小结,或以号召性、鼓动性的话收尾,或者以诗文名言以及幽默俏皮的话结尾。但一般原则是要给听众留下深刻的印象。

这个时候,刚开始不要抱有太大的希望,那么,为什么还要经常和家长联系或者让家长来学校呢?因为家长有知情权。你必须把他家孩子的问题处理、进展、变化及时告知家长,让家长知道你都做了些什么,你的责任是告知。我们过去在处分一些学生的时候,家长会来和学校纠缠,其最大的理由就是,孩子平时在学校表现怎样我们一点也不知道,现在忽然说要处分他,我们无法接受。可见及时告知信息的重要性。 告知的义务同样存在于和学生的沟通中,在教育学生的同时也要把将要告知家长的内容先告诉他,不要给他造成你会当面不说背后向家长告状的感觉。对他违纪的情况需要及时确认,让他在过失单上签字,为自己的错误承担后果,也为将来进一步处理积累资料。我们经常碰到这样的学生,他们特别会赖,就是不承认自己的问题,不敢面对自己的错误。对于这样的学生,尤其需要做好记录、确认工作,但是记录又不仅限于错误,有了成绩和进步也要及时记录,允许学生发挥特长、将功补过。

The title of my speech today is “The Doors that Are Open to Us ”.

The other day my aunt paid me a visit. She was overjoyed. “I got the highest mark in the mid-term examination!” she said. Dont be surprised! My aunt is indeed a student; to be exact, a college student at the age of 45.

Last year, she put aside her private business and signed up for a one-year, full-time management course in a college. “This was the wisest decision I have ever made,” she said proudly like a teenage girl. To her, college is always a right place to pick up new ideas, and new ideas always make her feel young.

“Compared with the late 70s,” she says, “now college students have many doors.” My aunt cannot help but recall her first college experience in 1978 when college doors began to be re-opened after the Cultural Revolution. She was assigned to study engineering despite her desire to study Chinese literature, and a few years later, the government sent her to work in a TV factory.

I was shocked when she first told me how she (had) had no choice in her major and job. Look at us today! So many doors are open to us! I believe there have never been such abundant opportunities for self-development as we have today. And my aunt told me that we should reach our goals by grasping all these opportunities.

The first door I see is the opportunity to study different kinds of subjects that interest us. My aunt said she was happy to study management, but she was also happy that she could attend lectures on ancient Chinese poetry and on Shakespearean drama. As for myself, I am an English major, but I may also go to lectures on history. To me, if college education in the past emphasized specialization, now, it emphasizes free and well-rounded development of each individual. So all the fine achievements of human civilization are open to us.

The second door is the door to the outside world. Learning goes beyond classrooms and national boundaries. My aunt remembers her previous college days as monotonous and even calls her generation “frogs in a well.” But today, as the world bees a global village, it is important that our neighbors and we be open-minded to learn with and from each other. I have many fellow international classmates, and I am applying to an exchange program with a university abroad. As for my aunt, she is planning to get an MBA degree in the United Kingdom where her daughter, my cousin, is now doing her masters degree in biochemistry. We are now taking the opportunity to study overseas, and when we e back, well put to use what we have learnt abroad.

The third door is the door to lifelong learning. As new ideas appear all the time, we always need to acquire new knowledge, regardless of our age. Naturally, my aunt herself is the best example. Many of my aunts contemporaries say that she is amazingly up-to-date for a middle-aged woman. She simply responds,“Age doesnt matter. What matters is your attitude. You may think its strange that I am still going to college, but I dont think Im too old to learn.”Yes, she is right. Since the government removed the age limit for college admissions in 2001, there are already some untraditional students, sitting with us in the same classrooms. Like these people, my aunt is old but she is very young in spirit. With her incredible energy and determination, she embodies both tradition and modernity.

The doors open to us also pose challenges. For instance, we are faced with the challenge of a balanced learning, the challenge of preserving our fine tradition while learning from the West, and the challenge of learning continuously while carrying heavy responsibilities to our work and family. So, each door is a test of our courage, ability and judgment, but with the support of my teachers, parents, friends and my aunt, I believe I can meet the challenge head on. When I reach my aunts age, I can be proud to say that I have walked through dozens of doors and will, in the remainder of my life, walk through many more. Possibly I will go back to college, too.

Many people burn incense and kowtow, do good deeds and strive for virtues, not just for the present, but mainly to let God see their sincerity so as to be reborn into a better afterlife, or to achieve the highest enlightenment after several lives of practice. They do believe in afterlife. But I cant help asking: Suppose there were no afterlife, would you still do good deeds and strive for virtues? And If God does not see what you are doing, would you still be so upright and selfless? If you work, not for serving the public and liberating the others, but just for a better afterlife of your own, isnt it a little too selfish? Comparing with this kind of believers, those who dont believe in afterlife, but still keep doing good deeds, are the most sincere and honest philanthropists, because they do them not for themselves but for other.

You may wonder if I believe in afterlife. My answer is: I know nothing about my previous life, so I dare not make improper ments on afterlife. But I do hope theres afterlife! Because our present life is so short that so many things slip away before our proper understanding. I have so many dreams, so many wishes, so many ambitions, as well as so many regrets and concerns. If there were no afterlife, all of them will remain unrealized!

Im not contented with the present monplace life, Im very much attached to the affections that should have been mine but have been washed away by the hurrying time, and I yearn for the perfection and maturity if I could start all over again. So believe it or not, Id rather there were afterlife.
