在信用卡的营销过程中,我觉得以下四个方面是十分重要的。第一,是对产品的把握;第二,是对市场的了解和开拓;第三,与客户面对面的营销;最后,就是申请表格的填写和客户的维护。

目前的信用卡市场是很不成熟的,没有我们想象的那么完善。我们一味去强调信用卡的透支消费功能,我觉得是一种误导。很多消费者不接受这种理念。所以我营销的时候就说这张卡只是一张应急的卡,当资金周转不灵的时候,你可以用这张卡来救急。这样一说,相当一部分人会认同,他们认同了,就有机会了。营销到了这种程度,那些问什么是信用卡,信用卡有哪些功能的人,反而倒很容易成为卡的用户。就是那些有着让人意想不到的问题的客户,我们只有对症下药了。

信用卡的营销,我们落后于其它行,可以说没有任何经验可以借鉴,所以需要我们在营销实战中,在和客户的交流沟通中磨练自己的嘴皮子以及和客户打交道的能力。什么是对产品熟悉?就是要大胆走出去,说,不要怕拒绝,拒绝了再总结,再出去跑。产品需要由我们的客户来定义,我们更需要在实践中去把握产品背后隐藏的东西。

第二,对信用卡市场的了解和开拓。销售任何一件产品除了掌握产品本身之外,我们需要将其定位,并找到相关渠道把它推销出去。那么信用卡的目标客户和市场在哪里呢?其实,信用卡销售指引,已经为我们指明了方向。其中目录第六条《现阶段重点推广行业的明细分类》规定了1

3类行业为重点营销对象,第八条《现阶段可接受推广行业的明细分类》规定了15类相关行业,并对信用卡的用户按风险程度不同划分为ABCDE五类。这样一来我们的营销范围就确定了。其实这个范围和我们原先想象的客户市场是不一样的。我开始认为那些私营企业的老板是我们的客户,但是操作下来一看,不对,信用卡部不仅需要他们提供收入证明,还需要他们提供个人房产证明及其它相关的个人资信证明,即使批下来,信用额度也很低,弄得他们很没面子,同时我的工作量无形当中也增加了许多。所以为了节省时间,提高发卡量,我放弃了私营企业主这一块,开始按照《指引》中的行业对象来划分我的营销目标市场。

由于时间有限,我做了三个阶段的准备。第一个阶段是用一个半月的时间来主攻公务员市场,因为这一块手续简单,批准率高。第二个阶段用十天的时间来向相关企业推广。第三阶段,收尾,看看还有什么没有营销到的地方。有了计划以后,我的任务就变得十分清晰了。要做的是怎样一块一块地吃掉。我采用的方法是先从有熟人的单位开始。我把所有的朋友名单拿出来,开始搜寻政府公务员、教师、医生,然后逐个打电话,通过他们来帮助我营销。这一块是有保证的。因为是朋友帮忙,所以操作起来十分方便,我把相关的要素告诉他们,其余的宣传工作就由他们来做了。这里有一个细节,就是填表一定要简化。比如身份证上很多要素都有了,你就不要别人再填写姓名,身份证号码了。

熟人做完了,就开始做他们介绍过来的重点客户,这一块做起来相对复杂一些,因为交情不深,要靠嘴皮子了,同时也需要一点技巧。例如,我办了一个局机关的团办卡,团办对于我们来说最省事,但是很重要的一点,你要找对办事的人。你去找财务科,他们会说每个人已经办过其它行的卡了,你去找办公室,人家会说,单位人多嘴杂,别人还以为收了银行什么好处。对于这一种情况,我们要有思想准备,团办并不代表每个人都办,除非是单位的行政命令,否则别人有权拒绝。所以我首先办公室物色了一个人缘较好的人,然后通过他,先给局长办好了,这时候,千万不要指望他就能帮助你完成,他没有这个义务,于是我就和他一个一个办公室的跑。拿着局长已经填好的东西有意的给他们看,这些人一看,局长办过了,我也办一张算了。营销就是这样一味的去强调产品的好处是没有用的。别人就是不信任你,你还真的办不起来。

第二阶段就是一些企业单位。先挑一些有特色的单位,比如有事业单位背景的企业,如广播电视中心,注册资金较高的,和我们行有业务往来的,对于信用卡用卡环境有帮助的,例如,青年旅行社,可以用信用卡购机票。总之,并不是所有的企业都可以作为发卡对象,在时间有限的情况下,我只有先从最有把握的开始。

第三阶段,就是扫尾,主要是零星的办了一些个人的卡。通过三个阶段的工作,完成了三百多张卡,公务员占了80%,所以批准率较高。有特色企业,也基本获批了。

在市场的开拓中,我感受最深的是关系营销的作用太重要了。有的人认为,我的客户资源太少了,怎么办?其实,机会就在每个人的身边,你的亲戚、同学、朋友,客户都是你的目标,营销就是要脸皮厚。

最后一点是就申请表格的填写和客户的维护。我们做了大量的前期工作,到了最后千万不要因为填写表格不规范而导致被拒绝,那是一件很伤心的事。首先是填写表格。我只让客户填写(1)家庭住址、电话;(2)工作单位地址、电话、职务;(3)直系亲属和朋友;(4)签名。其余的我都自己帮他们填。一来,让客户省去了许多填表的麻烦,二来,填写过程就是审核的过程,可以发现很多漏洞。三来,可以让表格相对工整一些,有的客户填完后,在写错的地方就乱涂一笔。其实,卡部的人在审核的时候同高考阅卷一样,卷面整洁无形中就有一个印象分,所以在错的地方,我们就可以用涂改液修饰一下。我们有很多同事把审核的工作,都交给零售部的相关同志去做,自己就不问了,这样肯定是不行的。我举个例子。有一次我地税局的朋友拿来十张表格,我在帮他们填写表格的时候发现,他们留的家庭电话都是单位号码。这就麻烦了。因为家庭电话号码一般是信用卡的查询密码,基本上每个人是不同的,于是我就一个一个打电话问。如果,我忽视了这一细节,也许我又做了十个无用功。另外,表格中错误率较高的就是最后一栏,联系人资料。以我的经验,这一栏一定要写,特别是直系亲属。朋友一栏可放松要求,你可以写自己的名字,也可以写其同事的名字。

在信用卡的营销过程中,我觉得以下四个方面是十分重要的。第一,是对产品的把握;第二,是对市场的了解和开拓;第三,与客户面对面的营销;最后,就是申请表格的填写和客户的维护。

目前的信用卡市场是很不成熟的,没有我们想象的那么完善。我们一味去强调信用卡的透支消费功能,我觉得是一种误导。很多消费者不接受这种理念。所以我营销的时候就说这张卡只是一张应急的卡,当资金周转不灵的时候,你可以用这张卡来救急。这样一说,相当一部分人会认同,他们认同了,就有机会了。营销到了这种程度,那些问什么是信用卡,信用卡有哪些功能的人,反而倒很容易成为卡的用户。就是那些有着让人意想不到的问题的客户,我们只有对症下药了。

由于时间有限,我做了三个阶段的准备。第一个阶段是用一个半月的时间来主攻公务员市场,因为这一块手续简单,批准率高。第二个阶段用十天的时间来向相关企业推广。第三阶段,收尾,看看还有什么没有营销到的地方。有了计划以后,我的任务就变得十分清晰了。要做的是怎样一块一块地吃掉。我采用的方法是先从有熟人的单位开始。我把所有的朋友名单拿出来,开始搜寻政府公务员、教师、医生,然后逐个打电话,通过他们来帮助我营销。这一块是有保证的。因为是朋友帮忙,所以操作起来十分方便,我把相关的要素告诉他们,其余的宣传工作就由他们来做了。这里有一个细节,就是填表一定要简化。比如身份证上很多要素都有了,你就不要别人再填写姓名,身份证号码了。

熟人做完了,就开始做他们介绍过来的重点客户,这一块做起来相对复杂一些,因为交情不深,要靠嘴皮子了,同时也需要一点技巧。例如,我办了一个局机关的团办卡,团办对于我们来说最省事,但是很重要的一点,你要找对办事的人。你去找财务科,他们会说每个人已经办过其它行的卡了,你去找办公室,人家会说,单位人多嘴杂,别人还以为收了银行什么好处。对于这一种情况,我们要有思想准备,团办并不代表每个人都办,除非是单位的行政命令,否则别人有权拒绝。所以我首先办公室物色了一个人缘较好的人,然后通过他,先给局长办好了,这时候,千万不要指望他就能帮助你完成,他没有这个义务,于是我就和他一个一个办公室的跑。拿着局长已经填好的东西有意的给他们看,这些人一看,局长办过了,我也办一张算了。营销就是这样一味的去强调产品的好处是没有用的。别人就是不信任你,你还真的办不起来。

第二阶段就是一些企业单位。先挑一些有特色的单位,比如有事业单位背景的企业,如广播电视中心,注册资金较高的,和我们行有业务往来的,对于信用卡用卡环境有帮助的,例如,青年旅行社,可以用信用卡购机票。总之,并不是所有的企业都可以作为发卡对象,在时间有限的情况下,我只有先从最有把握的开始。

第三阶段,就是扫尾,主要是零星的办了一些个人的卡。通过三个阶段的工作,完成了三百多张卡,公务员占了80%,所以批准率较高。有特色企业,也基本获批了。

在市场的开拓中,我感受最深的是关系营销的作用太重要了。有的人认为,我的客户资源太少了,怎么办?其实,机会就在每个人的身边,你的亲戚、同学、朋友,客户都是你的目标,营销就是要脸皮厚。

最后一点是就申请表格的填写和客户的维护。我们做了大量的前期工作,到了最后千万不要因为填写表格不规范而导致被拒绝,那是一件很伤心的事。首先是填写表格。我只让客户填写(1)家庭住址、电话;(2)工作单位地址、电话、职务;(3)直系亲属和朋友;(4)签名。其余的我都自己帮他们填。一来,让客户省去了许多填表的麻烦,二来,填写过程就是审核的过程,可以发现很多漏洞。三来,可以让表格相对工整一些,有的客户填完后,在写错的地方就乱涂一笔。其实,卡部的人在审核的时候同高考阅卷一样,卷面整洁无形中就有一个印象分,所以在错的地方,我们就可以用涂改液修饰一下。我们有很多同事把审核的工作,都交给零售部的相关同志去做,自己就不问了,这样肯定是不行的。我举个例子。有一次我地税局的朋友拿来十张表格,我在帮他们填写表格的时候发现,他们留的家庭电话都是单位号码。这就麻烦了。因为家庭电话号码一般是信用卡的查询密码,基本上每个人是不同的,于是我就一个一个打电话问。如果,我忽视了这一细节,也许我又做了十个无用功。另外,表格中错误率较高的就是最后一栏,联系人资料。以我的经验,这一栏一定要写,特别是直系亲属。朋友一栏可放松要求,你可以写自己的名字,也可以写其同事的名字。

Here is a table chart, telling us an interesting phenomenon. There is no denying that the chart records the job satisfaction of the employees in a certain company, which successfully arouses our curiosity. As is clearly reflected by the chart, the employees at different ages show total different inclination towards the problem of job satisfaction. Especially, the employees in their forties show the most obvious inclination that 64% of them are dissatisfied with their jobs. Obviously, the inclinations, clearly reflected by the chart, should be given more consideration.

Theoretically, several reasons may trigger the trend that people in their forties show the most satisfaction, but for my part, the following two are of great importance. On the top of list is that the people face the heaviest burden of supporting children and aged people in their family. In addition, there is the other point that no one can ignore. It is universally admitted that they are not open-minded towards success like people over 50 years old.
